Nyhavn (or New Harbor) is a very popular and famous part of the Danish capital Copenhagen. It is known for it's quaint and brightly colored houses, some of them dating all the way back to the 17th century. They are now the location for lots of popular bars, restaurants, shops and cafés along the waterfront, and the harbor holds a variety of different boats and ships.
This all creates the picturesque and beautiful place that is Nyahvn today.

This picture is taken during the golden hour as the sun was setting over the city and painting the harbor in warm colors, and the colorful houses and ships all reflecting in the silky smooth water.

This is a place that have been on my "bucketlist" for a long time. I've been wanting to go here to both photograph this beautiful and famous location and also to sit down and enjoy a beer at the waterfront in one those cool old houses. So i was very happy when i was finally able to cross both of those things off the list.

I am a freelancing photographer from Stockholm, Sweden, and I am constantly working to improve and evolve in my photography and editing skills. I have been photographing since i was at a very young age, and i gradually made it to my profession starting in the early 2010's. I have always loved to travel and to take pictures of the beautiful and fascinating places i get to see around the world.
